James Merkey, Principal
James Merkey is responsible for the management of GreenStar Consulting Group projects, from pre-construction through field management completion and start of operations.
Mr. Merkey provides the Group with over 30 years of construction experience, as a Managing Executive for National Developers, as General Contractor and as a Private Consultant.
Mr. Merkey graduated with a B.A. Degree from Purdue University in Industrial Design with Minor degrees in Architectural and Graphic Design.

Guy Poux, Principal
Guy Poux is responsible for the management and control of GreenStar Consulting Group operations. Mr. Poux provides the Group with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, as Developer of Multi-Family, Commercial, Medical and Retail projects. His most recent projects include the development of 200 to 400 unit multi-family communities in North, Central, and South Florida.
Mr. Poux graduated with a B.A. Degree from Syracuse University School of Architecture and completed graduate coursework in City Planning at the University of Virginia.

Juliana Kerr-Yee, Director of Operations
Juliana Kerr-Yee serves as Manager of Internal Operations for GreenStar Consulting Group. Ms. Kerr-Yee brings over 20 years of experience to the Group in the areas of finance, operations and human resource management. Ms. Kerr-Yee focuses on the implementation of systems and procedures to insure the Groups compliance with agency guidelines as well as the administration of human service programs.
Ms. Kerr-Yee received her certification in Human Resource Management from Queens University in Ontario Canada. She also received certificates from York University, Schulich School of Business and University de Rennes in Rennes France.

Nicholas Melisiotis, P.E, LEED AP
Nicholas Melisiotis brings to GreenStar Consulting Group over a decade of professional experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. His breadth of knowledge spans from engineering to architecture and construction of projects. He has been involved with LEED projects including the use of building simulation tools and regenerative self-sustaining technologies in various applications of construction.
Mr. Melisiotis graduated with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and currently belongs to the International Building Code Council (IBC) and United States Green Building Council (USGBC). He is LEED AP Certified and holds a Mechanical Engineering License for the States of Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.

Richard Larson, Consultant, Southeastern Region
Richard Larson serves as Consultant for GreenStar Consulting Group and brings over 30 years of experience as a general contractor in central business districts of cities throughout the Southeast. His experience includes the management of large scale renovations, historic restorations and infrastructure projects. He has expertise in the restoration and rehabilitation of nineteenth century buildings.
Mr. Larson graduated with a B.S. Degree from Southern Illinois University in Finance.
